Develop and maintain strong client relationships to generate new and repeat business.
Present service offerings to prospective clients in person, over the phone, and via email.
Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals based on customer needs and project specs.
Conduct site visits and client consultations to assess job requirements.
Follow up on leads and track prospects through the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the Field Operations and Estimating teams to ensure project success.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, proposals, and follow‑ups using CRM tools.
Represent Modern Edge Construction professionally at all times.
Qualifications2+ years of sales experience, ideally in construction or related industries.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Motivated, coachable, and driven to grow with the company.
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be available to travel to client sites.
Associate’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in place of formal education.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Work LocationTravel required to client sites and project locations; local/regional travel expected.
