Eastern Controls Inc., a manufacturer's representative partner of Endress+Hauser Inc., is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. This role is centered on building strong customer relationships and driving growth for Eastern Controls, Inc. by representing a portfolio of best‑in‑class process control products and solutions. As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for customers in Western Virginia—developing new business opportunities.

• Visit customer sites throughout the Western Virginia territory to understand their processes and challenges.
• Develop long‑term, trust‑based relationships with engineers, technicians, and operations personnel.
• Expand business within existing accounts by understanding their needs and offering additional solutions.
• Learn ECI’s process control equipment and technologies and recommend solutions that fit customer applications.
• Help customers select, specify, and apply products appropriately.
• Work closely with product managers, service teams, sales leadership, and other technical specialists.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or engineering field
• Local travel required

• Sales experience
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in industrial automation or process industry
