Beschreibung Pflege mobil betreibt 4 Pflegeheime sowie einen ambulanten Pflegedienst im nördlichen Main-Tauber-Kreis. Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n) Stellvertreter In der Pflegedienstleitung im Haus am Röderstein in Großrinderfeld.
Mit 29 Bewohnern ist das Pflegeheim angenehm klein und wurde 2017 eröffnet.
Zuständigkeiten / Hauptaufgaben
* Du führst ein kompetentes Team aus Pflegefach- und Pflegehilfskräften, Hauswirtschafts- und Reinigungskräften und erstellst Dienstpläne, organisierst Fortbildungen und entwickelst unser Pflegeleitbild weiter
* Du führst die Pflegedokumentation, kümmerst Dich verantwortlich um die Kommunikation mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und Therapeuten und überwachst die Versorgung der Bewohner.
* Du unterstützt das Team tatkräftig bei pflegerischen und behandlungspflegerischen
