Rising to the Challenge:Position Responsibilities
An Area Sales Director supports DSD (direct store delivery) sales and IDs (Independent Distributors). The role involves managing customer relationships, engaging in sales activities, growing the customer base, seeking new selling opportunities, and tracking sales data. It includes building and maintaining solid customer relationships with key accounts to ensure promotion and display execution in the market, and using digital tools to demonstrate execution wins and opportunities for continued growth.
The Director collaborates with a Market Vice President and the Sales Enablement team to analyze market and territory opportunities and leverage consumer insights to adjust sales strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience in general management or sales; experience as a sales rep, distributor, or other sales position required.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Sales or Business Administration) or equivalent experience.

- Must be able to acquire and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
