What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with recently signed customers to ensure successful onboarding
  • Present the platform to diverse audiences both in-person and virtually
  • Analyze dealership data to provide insights for better performance
  • Document customer interactions and activities within the assigned CRM
  • Drive expansion opportunities for inside and outside sales initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 2-3 years of experience in an account management or customer success role
  • Must currently reside in Pennsylvania
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in a dealership, OEM, service advisor, or technician role
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Familiarity with Sales Force is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-tasking environment
