Role Description

The Membership Advisor role is a full-time position located on-site in Plymouth Meeting, PA. As a Membership Advisor, you will focus on driving membership sales by delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include engaging with prospective members, conducting tours of the facility, discussing membership options and benefits, and assisting with member account management. You will actively participate in promotional events and contribute to creating a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for all members.

• Sales and communication skills, including the ability to present membership benefits and close sales effectively.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with members and prospects.
• Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and ensure member satisfaction.
• A passion for fitness, enthusiasm for helping others achieve their fitness goals, and the ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a fitness-related role is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a bonus.
