Dermatology Territory Business Manager - North Jersey
The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization. The role is dedicated to achieving and exceeding sales initiatives by forging effective relationships with physicians, staff, internal colleagues, and other stakeholders within a defined territory.
Responsibilities- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks.
- Develop outstanding disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote our company's dermatological products to healthcare professionals.
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals within an assigned geography to deliver clinically relevant information and exceed product goals while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities.
- Utilize effective direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand.
- Sell in a changing health‑care environment, utilizing critical thinking and a strategic mindset to understand the environment and gain access to the customer.
- Coordinate and collaborate with field‑based personnel to proactively address customer needs.
- Utilize patient‑focused clinical dialogue to engage with every member of a healthcare office and deliver outstanding customer service through total account management.
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the Dermatology community and associated organizations.
- Represent our company in a professional, ethical, and compliant manner at all times.
- Minimum two years of proven sales experience in a quota-driven role, preferably in dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Demonstrated sustained, high performance in current position and strong aptitude for learning.
- High sense of urgency, especially regarding customer service orientation.
- Ability to travel as required by the specific territory.
- Ability to thrive in a highly driven, performance‑based, fast‑paced, and results‑oriented culture.

North Jersey (candidate must reside within the territory).
Compensation includes a flexible base salary and a lucrative sales incentive plan, plus a company car.
