In this exciting and varied position, you will be responsible for an assigned customer portfolio in the retail and food service sector. You will be responsible for expanding existing customer relationships as well as acquiring new customers. With your strong customer focus and structured way of working, you will make a significant contribution to ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Supporting and expanding an existing customer portfolio in the food service sector and acquiring new customers in the retail sector
- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Planning and implementation of sales activities
- Co-organization and participation in trade fairs and events
- Analyzing market and sales figures
- Collaboration on product range design and sales strategies
- Collaboration with purchasing, production, logistics and sales
- Several years of experience in the food industry or in gastronomy, ideally in the fresh food sector
- Initial experience in key account management an advantage
- Sound knowledge of the retail/food service landscape in the food sector in Switzerland
- (Very) good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of French an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Flexibility and quick comprehension
- Team player with high social skills and enjoy working together
