A national leader in the fitness industry is looking to expand their team in Allison Park, PA! We are seeking qualified Sales Representatives who are focused on driving sales and service excellence to grow our community.

The Sales Representative assists the General Manager with new membership sales by engaging potential members, building relationships, providing positive experiences, and guiding them through the sales process to a membership sale. The role also involves retaining current members and delivering exceptional customer service. Boutique fitness knowledge is preferred but not required. This is a part-time position requiring availability for rotating, weekend, evening, and/or morning shifts.

• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets in memberships, retail, and private training
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Ability to learn and operate the Club Ready software system
• Excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient computer skills
• Occasional travel may be required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorization to work in the United States

• Executing the sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing
• Conducting facility tours, establishing relationships, and assessing individual goals and needs
• Maintaining personal sales production levels
• Promoting the club's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
• Presenting services to current and prospective members
• Booking quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas
• Participating in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community activities
• Developing selling skills
• Processing accurate cash and credit transactions
• Following up with prospective clients
• Managing inventory for retail items
• Completing relevant training programs
• Taking photos for social media
• Performing light cleaning duties in the retail area, studio, and restrooms
• Other duties as assigned
