The Telecom & Technology (T&T) business of NCR Atleos is a global provider of managed network services, supporting telecom companies, network technology OEMs and enterprises in over 160 countries. The Sales Consultant will be selling solutions and services to secure new opportunities globally within targeted accounts, maximizing revenue and profitability and increasing NCR Atleos’s market share. The role executes the sales process by moving new opportunities successfully through the funnel, focusing on strategic partnerships, account planning and opportunity planning to grow the service solution and services business.
Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with prospective and competitive customers.
- Define customer needs and align NCR Atleos’s solutions to meet those needs.
- Act as liaison between the customer and NCR Atleos, escalating any roadblocks.
- Drive profitable sales of NCR Atleos’s services portfolio.
- Understand regional and cultural business practices in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
- Deploy, direct and execute winning sales opportunities.
- Advise customers through consultative selling techniques.
- Maintain timely updates of the sales funnel; analyze solution offers and proposal development.
- Leverage post‑sale delivery professionals, pre‑sale technical experts and management to achieve business objectives.
- Manage the global sales team’s efforts and funnel, directing their selling efforts in line with account strategy.
- Collaborate regionally, supporting the Global Account with overall strategy and solution direction.
- Build long‑term business relationships, promoting customer confidence in NCR Atleos.
- Articulate solutions in terms of ROI to the client.
- 7 years of sales experience selling services in the high‑technology industry, including networking and data center.
- Expertise and practical experience in Technology OEM markets for networking, infrastructure and security.
- Capability to work in a matrixed environment and communicate up to C‑level executives.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 40%.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
