• Build trust and educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings
• Create meaningful connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits
• Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals to expand the employer's market presence
• Engage with customers through in-person, virtual, and phone interactions
• Conduct face-to-face visits in prospective members’ homes

• Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain
• Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions and community engagement
• Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with required coverage limits
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet with members

• Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
• Prior experience selling Medicare products
• Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in both languages
