Position: Territory Manager / Area Sales Manager
Location: Indiana

  • Set area-wise sales targets and ensure achievement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
  • Analyze sales trends and take corrective actions
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise Sales Officers (SO) and field staff
  • Conduct regular field visits, coaching, and performance reviews
  • Provide training to improve selling and negotiation skills
  • Appoint, manage, and develop distributors within the territory
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts
  • Ensure proper market coverage and route planning
Sales Planning & Target Achievement

Team Leadership & Development

  • Collect market feedback and share insights with management
  • Recommend strategies to improve market share
Sales Administration & Reporting
  • Ensure timely submission of sales, stock, and collection reports
  • Monitor credit control, outstanding payments, and claims
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Merchandising & Brand Visibility
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and POSM usage
  • Implement trade marketing activities effectively in the territory
