- Set area-wise sales targets and ensure achievement
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans

- Ensure timely submission of sales, stock, and collection reports
- Monitor credit control, outstanding payments, and claims
- Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure proper product display, visibility, and POSM usage
- Implement trade marketing activities effectively in the territory
