This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Regional Sales Manager for Outdoor Lighting in the Midwest with Signify.

• Drive growth in a high‑visibility category where innovation in energy savings, controls, and sustainability is accelerating faster than ever.
• Your influence will reach across municipalities, universities, DOTs, and major commercial customers—impacting large‑scale spaces used by thousands every day.
• You’ll be the go‑to expert for our sales teams and agents, guiding solutions that differentiate Genlyte from every competitor.
• Identify new opportunities, open doors with key decision‑makers, and shape long‑term strategic direction.
• Work with best‑in‑class technology and a market‑leading portfolio with unmatched brand reputation.

• Proven success in Outdoor lighting, infrastructure, or related solution‑selling
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and drive growth in competitive markets.
• Skilled communicator who builds trust with agents, distributors, and end users.
• Ability to simplify complex technical solutions into clear customer value.
• 5+ years of experience related to Sales in the Lighting or adjacent industries with similar GTM models.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or direct work experience in lieu of a degree.
