Tuff Wrap is expanding! At Tuff Wrap® Installations, we provide dust and debris containment solutions to a wide range of customers including construction professionals and Fortune 500 companies. We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Account Manager to lead our sales efforts across a designated territory. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, establishing strong customer relationships, and enhancing our market presence.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and developing Business to Business sales, working a team of support staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key customer contacts will include commercial roofing contractors, general contractors, consultants, architects, engineers and property managers.
Responsibilities- Effectively communicate and present the Tuff Wrap value proposition in relation to customer needs.
- Strategically expand Tuff Wrap business through Account penetration retention.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders at all levels within complex organizations.
- Drive new revenue growth from existing accounts through understanding client needs and proposing innovative solutions.
- Understand how to strategically grow large accounts from within by identifying expansion opportunities and influencing corporate‑level decisions.
- Maintain high attention to detail to ensure all account objectives and needs are met.
- Learn, adopt, and manage the sales pipeline in accordance with the proven Tuff Wrap sales process.
- Utilize our CRM and Technology systems. Leverage sales enablement applications and social selling techniques to enhance sales efforts and manage customer interactions.
- Exemplify the highest ethical standards and customer care reflecting Tuff Wrap’s core values.
- Maintain a positive work environment by interacting in a professional, courteous, respectful and ethical manner with customers, co‑workers, and supervisors.
- Travel weekdays and overnights (minimum of 50%)
- Experience managing large accounts
- College Degree or proven B2B Sales experience
- CRM Software proficiency
- Sales Account management: 3 years (Required)
