- Educate customers on all products and services offered by the employer, including inventory financing and ancillary products
- Develop and implement a structured sales plan within a defined market
- Build a prospect list through cold calling, lead follow-up, and referrals
- Increase loan volume and engage with existing customers to maximize utilization of credit lines
- Manage the customer experience during the initial six months of the dealer lifecycle
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combinations of education and experience
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Strong sales skills and ability to develop leads and manage portfolios
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-driven environment
- Comfort with learning company operating and reporting systems, including Microsoft Sales Force
- 5 years of experience in outside sales and portfolio management
- 3+ years of experience in the finance or automotive industry
- Proven sales management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients
