Account Partner – LIMS (Switzerland)
We are currently looking for an Account Partner – LIMS in附件 Switzerland. In this high‑impact, customer‑facing role you will drive the growth and adoption of a leading Laboratory Information Management System across major biotech organizations in Europe. You will act as a trusted strategic partner, helping customers modernize quality and laboratory operations while achieving measurable business outcomes. Working in a fast‑evolving, cloud‑based SaaS environment, you will manage complex enterprise sales cycles and build long‑term executive relationships.
Accountabilities- Represent and position a modern LIMS solution to selected large biotech accounts across Europe, driving new business and long‑term value.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders to support pipeline growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers across business, IT, and executive leadership levels.
- Manage complex, multi tufful‑stakeholder sales cycles, coordinating internal and external resources as needed.
- Consistently meet or exceed pipeline generation and sales quota objectives.
- Stay current on life sciences and quality industry trends to proactively address customer challenges.
- Operate with urgency, integrity, and a strong focus on customer success while contributing to overall team goals.
- At least 5 years of experience selling software solutions to the life sciences industry.
- Minimum 2 years of experience selling quality‑focused or complementary solutions within biopharma environments.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in complex enterprise settings.
- Strong account planning, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with a wideotic range of audiences, from end users to C‑level executives.
- High level of self‑motivation, autonomy, and accountability, with a strong team‑first mindset.
- Business‑level fluency in English.
- Nice to have: fluency in additional European languages such as German, French, or Italian, and familiarity with R&D, quality, regulatory, clinical, or safety software solutions.
