What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis
  • Develop business plans that align with assigned territory and customer needs
  • Lead a virtual team to deliver sales wins and ensure customer success
  • Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads and closing deals
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted marketing plans through partners and end users
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in technology or software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and delivering results
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with customers and partners
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and effectively manage a sales territory
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales management tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business, or sales-related field
  • Experience selling identity security solutions or similar technology products
  • Strong understanding of competitive landscape, particularly in relation to Microsoft and Okta
  • Established network within the technology sector, especially among partners and influencers
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
