7-Eleven Sales Associate – Job

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for cash, credit, and mobile transactions.
• Handle cash responsibly, including counting drawers and following cash-handling procedures.
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; rotate product using FIFO standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, restrooms, beverage station, and parking lot.
• Prepare food and beverages following 7-Eleven food safety and quality standards.
• Monitor product freshness, dates, and inventory levels; remove expired or damaged items.
• Assist customers with product selection, promotions, and store services.
• Follow all safety, security, and loss prevention policies.
• Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing duties as assigned.
• Receive and put away deliveries accurately and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or suspicious activity to management.
• Work as part of a team to meet store goals for sales, food service, and customer satisfaction.
• Comply with company policies, local laws, and health regulations.
