Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Receptionist
Pay: $17-$19/hr (Receptionブログ experience required)
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for individuals visiting retail locations during the open enrollment period. This role focuses on creating a professional, welcoming experience while supporting appointment scheduling and basic customer service needs.
Responsibilities- Greet and assist walkin and scheduled customers
- Schedule appointments by phone and in person using probing questions
- Answer basic inquiries about health plan options, appointment logistics, and general services
- Process member information and documentation
- Accept and process payments
- Collaborate with sales representatives and team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous administrative or customer service experience (customer facing preferred)
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Experience using a CRM
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
This is a Contract position based out of Enola, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is mutilation.
