Customer Service Associate II

Role Overview

Join our team as a Customer Service Associate II at Dollar Tree Stores. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, eager to get things done, and committed to providing a welcoming shopping experience for our customers.

• Assist with daily store operations, including merchandizing and customer support.
• Cross‑train on cash register duties and front‑end tasks as needed.
• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely.
• Support store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment with professional customer interactions.
• Manage sales transactions and protect company cash and assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Lift between 30 and 50 lbs. regularly (with accommodations as needed).
• Excellent customer service, relationship, organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• High level of integrity.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
