We are looking for retail LP Detectives to join our growing Loss Prevention team.

• Guard, patrol, and monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules as part of the retail operations team.
• Provide loss prevention support and awareness through policies, procedures, and personal involvement.
• Provide surveillance and assist police with apprehensions of shoplifters.
• Conduct store opening and closing procedures.
• Perform safety audits, safety, and fire prevention inspections.
• Respond to alarm activations and perform related inspections and investigations.

• Prior experience in retail loss prevention is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, early openings, and late closings.
