Friendly's - 6894 Hamilton Blvd [Restaurant Shift Supervisor] As a Shift Supervisor at Friendly's, you'll:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff;
Open restaurant, perform daily inspection of dining area, kitchen and service counter, verify supplies and prepare for operations;
Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards;
Perform assigned operations shift duties in kitchen, dining and take-out areas as required;
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly;
Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
