As a Chef at our restaurant and bar, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and contribute to our vibrant and dynamic kitchen environment.
- Menu planning to create innovative and enticing dishes
- Ensuring food quality meets high standards
- Implementing portion control to manage food costs
- Utilizing knife skills to prepare ingredients with precision
- Overseeing back of house operations to maintain efficiency
- Operating fryer and grilling stations effectively
- Practicing food handling and sanitation protocols
- Conducting baking and food preparation tasks
- Collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional quality of service
- Managing food and beverage inventory
- Experience in food safety and Serv Safe Food Handler certification
- Demonstrated expertise in catering and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of ordering and merchandising practices
- Serv Safe certified
- Experience in food safety and sanitation
- Strong attention to detail
This position offers a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $58,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
