Overview

Bistro Attendant (Part-Time) – Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community is currently seeking a customer service focused smiling face to join our Residential Living Dining Services team! Your day will be filled with a variety of interactions with Team Members, Residents, and Guests as the Bistro Attendant.

Schedule: Part-Time, every Tuesday and one other weekday, from 6:00am to 2:30pm

Compensation: $15.00-$18.50/hr, dependent upon experience

Responsibilities

Helping to create and deliver a friendly and positive experience for residents, guests and team members by welcoming customers in a friendly manner.
Serving as back up to the short order cook during their break.
Perform normal retail duties such as handling register transactions, creating orders, serving food, cash handling and documenting customer feedback to improve selection and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Possess a welcoming customer service-oriented demeanor.
Ability to be organized and multi-task.
Ability to operate a cash register, handle cash, give correct change and reconcile a cash drawer.
