Restaurant servers play a vital role in ensuring guest satisfaction. They are responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and checking on customers to ensure their meals are enjoyable. Additionally, servers maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area, ensuring table settings are impeccable and surroundings are spotless. Inventory management is also a crucial aspect of their duties, as they keep track of stocked items and promptly report any shortages.

Moreover, servers assist with busing tables and occasionally handle dishwashing duties to ensure a smooth dining experience. These diverse responsibilities highlight the server's pivotal role in the restaurant's operations, contributing significantly to customer satisfaction and retention.

• Providing excellent customer service to enhance the dining experience.
• Greeting customers warmly and providing them with menus.
• Making thoughtful menu suggestions based on customer preferences.
• Taking and serving food and drink orders quickly and accurately.
• Ensuring tables are clean, stocked, and organized throughout the dining experience.
• Delivering checks and collecting payments in a friendly and professional manner.
• Cooperating and communicating effectively with serving and kitchen staff.
• Adhering to all health department rules and regulations.
• Maintaining the overall cleanliness and functionality of the dining room.
• Clearing tables, cleaning, and setting them up for the next service.
• Refilling and organizing all stock for the dining room.
• Occasionally performing dishwashing duties when necessary.

• 0-1 year of experience as a Restaurant Server - We are willing to train.
• Team player.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good physical condition.
• Able to lift 5-25 pounds.
• Customer-centric.
• High school diploma; food safety training will be considered a plus.
