Server - Part-Time

Waverly Heights is currently seeking a part-time Server to join our team. Our Servers play a vital role in in our commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, while creating a warm and welcoming environment to all members of our community. Daily responsibilities include:

• providing prompt and efficient service during mealtimes
• engaging with residents in a friendly and respectful manner
• creating a sense of community through meaningful interactions
• taking guest orders and ensuring accuracy of food and beverages being served
• ensuring each guests' dining experience is tailored to their preferences and individual needs
• assisting in organizing and catering special events, parties, and functions within the community
• serving as hosts during special functions, fostering a lively and enjoyable atmosphere.
• addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
• assisting in clearing and cleaning tables promptly and resetting for next meal service
• working closely with kitchen staff, food service managers, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination in delivering exceptional service.

Our part-time Servers enjoy a flexible schedule that includes working some weekends and holidays. Previous experience is preferred but not required. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional customer services skills, a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and have the ability and willingness to learn.
