Penn National Gaming - : [Kitchen Supervisor / Cook] As a Sous Chef at Penn National Gaming, you'll:
Be responsible for the supervision and performance of cooks and kitchen employees;
Plan and coordinate menus along with Sous Chef and Executive Chef;
Determine time and sequence of cooking operations to meets meal serving hours;
Delegate to Cooks the responsibilities for preparation of foods via production sheets;
Direct other kitchen staff engaged in preparing, cooking, and serving food;
Review menus and analyze recipes.
