The University of Bucharest is launching a competition to fill a position of Scientific Researcher, grade III, COR code 263305, within the project "An approach to modal epistemology from the perspective of virtue epistemology and its applications," at the Research Institute of the University of Bucharest.

Skills/Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy.
- At least three articles published in WOS-indexed journals as sole or main author, on topics related to applied ethics or the application of conceptual tools of theoretical philosophy in the fields of ethics or political philosophy.
Specific Requirements
- Submission for publication in WOS/SCOPUS journals, as lead author, of at least two articles.
- Participation in the editing of articles coordinated by team colleagues.
- Participation in at least two international conferences.
- Participation in the organization of three local workshops/conferences ) and one international conference (2027).
- Participation in weekly work meetings.
- Participation in the work of (a) corroborating the results of the philosophical analysis of epistemic modalities and virtues with the results obtained in the field of modal psychology, (b) developing the concept of modal expertise, based on the results already obtained regarding the notion of moral expertise, (c) investigating the epistemology of mental experiments useful in the fields of normative and applied ethics
