This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Sales Associate at RE/MAX Wayne in Honesdale and Tyler Hill & RE/MAX Best located in Lake Ariel, PA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging clients, managing property transactions, scheduling and conducting property showings, and assisting with contracts and negotiations. Responsibilities also include providing excellent customer service, maintaining market knowledge, and collaborating with team members.

While the role is primarily based in Lake Ariel, PA, some tasks can be performed remotely from home.

• Proficiency in creating and maintaining strong client relationships with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities to meet client needs efficiently
• Proven sales and negotiation skills to efficiently close property transactions
• Familiarity with the local real estate market and a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals
• Proficiency in using technology and platforms relevant to real estate activities (e.g., CRM systems, MLS)
• Relevant experience or education in real estate or a related field is an advantage
• Valid real estate license in Pennsylvania (or willingness to obtain one prior to starting)
