Quality Leader

We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Leader to join our Technical team on a 4-month fixed term basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

You’ll lead quality initiatives across our operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and uphold our reputation for excellence.

• Investigating root causes and ensuring corrective actions are implemented
• Maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and document control
• Overseeing quality checks and leading quality improvement projects
• Reviewing data and identifying trends for proactive decision‑making
• Conducting internal audits and supporting external inspections
• Completing retailer and brand specifications
• Signing off retailer and own‑label artwork
• Responding to customer complaints with professionalism and care

• Experience in a similar role within the food industry, ideally with exposure to artwork sign‑off, retailer specifications, and food labelling
• HACCP knowledge is preferred
• A self‑motivated individual with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment

This role is to cover a period of maternity leave. There is scope for the role to be based between our sites in Lennoxtown and Blackford on a hybrid basis, or full time from our Ochils site in Blackford.
