Quality Technician

• You carry out quality and performance acceptance tests on the equipment.
  • As part of this process, this includes using the measurement tool for geometric inspection of manufactured products, validating product quality through functional tests, and conducting performance runs to assess efficiency and scrap rates

• You support the FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and assist the internal team as well as the customer with precise measurements, functional testing, and documentation
• As the main contact person in incoming goods, you take responsibility for smooth inspections and carefully check the delivered, mainly mechanical parts and assemblies for quality and functionality
• You independently handle complaints and inquiries from suppliers both domestically and internationally, taking a solution-oriented approach
• In close collaboration with colleagues from design, development, purchasing, and our suppliers, you ensure that the highest quality standards are maintained

• For you, quality is not a matter of chance but a daily standard
• You have a technical basic education (e.g., certified polymechanic in mechanical engineering)
• You have already gained experience in machine acceptance and want to apply it
• With your solid knowledge of metrology, you can professionally assess components and assemblies and ensure compliance with high-quality standards
• Confident use of MS Office is natural for you, as well as excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Reliability, a structured way of working, and a strong sense of responsibility characterize you—especially when handling complaints and interacting with international suppliers
