We are hiring a Client Service Representative (CSR)/Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing veterinary team. The CSR is the first point of contact for our clients and plays a vital role in creating a positive experience for every visit.

• Greet clients and patients in person and over the phone
• Schedule veterinary appointments and manage calendars
• Check clients in and out and process payments accurately
• Communicate clearly regarding services, estimates, and hospital policies
• Answer multi-line phones, emails, and client inquiries
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Collaborate with veterinarians and veterinary technicians
• Support daily front desk and hospital operations

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience required
• Veterinary or medical office experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy animal hospital environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Compassion for animals and their owners
