Adventure Center Guide
JOB SUMMARY:
Join the adventure! As a key member of our Adventure Center team, you’ll lead guests through thrilling experiences like ziplining through the treetops, scaling the rock wall, battling it out in arrow tag and paintball, and enjoying seasonal fun like snow tubing and ski/snowboard programs. You'll guide, assist, and energize guests while ensuring their safety and enjoyment across all activities — from equipment sizing to hands-on instruction.

Adventure Center Manager
Primary Duties and FunctionsPrior instructor level experience or extensive experience in applicable activity required.
Responsible ForEquipment, keys, control sheets, charges, cash, guest releases, and personal uniform.
Physical DemandsMust be physically fit and have the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
Working EnvironmentThe schedule includes weekends, holidays, and shift work. The schedule may change on short notice due to the needs of the Lodge. We work outside in all weather conditions.
Hazards EncounteredCare must be taken to lift equipment properly. Many of the adventure center activities require physical exertion. Care should be given to avoid overexposure to the sun.

Ability to read, write, understand, and follow written or verbal instructions. (English) After training, proficiency in fitting and maintaining various pieces of equipment is also required. Ability to provide instruction on Adventure Center programs, willingness to be trained and instruct in all programs.
Educational RequirementsAbility to read and write English is necessary. Must have current certification in CPR (cardio-pulmonary-resuscitation) and First Aid or be willing to attain certification within 30 days of hire.
Specific Knowledge RequirementsExtensive experience in applicable activity required.
Personality RequirementsMust possess a valid drivers license and be at least 18 years of age.
