The primary purpose of this role is to provide a safe environment, offer emotional and social support, and attend to the residents’ physical needs and comfort in a SNF setting. Perform direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan and directed by your supervisor. Perform other duties as directed by representatives of the community. Follow all health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community’s administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.
Education/ Qualifications
- Current registry or certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state where you work, or otherwise satisfies the requirements to work as a Nursing Assistant under those state laws.
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED, or be actively enrolled in a high school program.
We can provide guidance and resources to help you earn your GED.
Shift & Wage- Full‑Time and Part‑Time opportunities available.
- All shifts available (3‑11 and 11‑7 positions only).
- Wage: $19.75 – $25.75 per hour.
- Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 for Full‑Time, $1,250 for Part‑Time.
Paid out in quarterly installments over one year. Program details may vary; please see HR for facility‑specific benefit plans.
