What We Offer Nurses- Competitive compensation with a minimum rate of $28.32 for LPN and $35.87 for RN
- $3,000 employment bonus for full‑time positions (pro‑rated by FTE) for LPN; $4,000 for RN

- Regular supervision to grow clinical and professional skills
- Assess clients upon admission.
- Collect data regarding a client’s mental and physical health status.
- Provide health education, somatic therapies, medication, and crisis intervention.
- Report adverse drug reactions to physician and pharmacist.
- Manage and securely store medications and samples.
- Document all necessary information in patient charts.
- Work 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts.
- Assist direct care staff when needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Current Indiana RN or LPN license.
- Two years of post‑degree psychiatric experience in a similar position preferred.
