. This part‑time weekend nurse position (Sat‑Sun 7 pm–7 am) is located in Greenville, PA. Sign‑on bonus $1500 k and weekend shift differential pay included.

Alpine Springs Addiction Treatment is a drug and alcohol recovery center located in Greenville (withdrawal management/detox) and Linesville (clinically managed residential) PA that offers individualized evidence‑based treatment 24/7.

We are seeking LPN or RN candidates who are empathetic, people‑focused, team‑oriented, flexible, possess good interpersonal skills, and can multi‑task. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others in a time of need and is ready to learn and grow with us.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) provides day‑to‑day nursing care of clients and ensures safe care throughout the withdrawal management process according to Alpine Springs policies and procedures, federal and state laws and regulation, PA Health Department, DDAP and CARF standards.

• Work collaboratively with the Lead Nurse and the Medical Director to accomplish all departmental goals.
• Manage and order nursing supplies.
• Monitor clients’ medications.
• Maintain records and reports, including documenting progress of detox clients.
• Monitor clients to ensure safety.
• Monitor clients through a safe detox.
• Maintain a safe environment for storage of narcotics.
• Conduct alcohol and other drug related ASAM assessments during admission and ongoing.
• Take doctors’ orders accurately.
• Administer medications to clients independently.
• Monitor withdrawal symptoms in detox clients.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Complete inspections of all medical supplies and medications.
• Maintain and meet Environment of Care standards.
• Participate in performance management activities including client complaints and incident reporting.
• Participate in the implementation and maintenance of CARF standards through scheduled management meetings.
• Provide direction to nursing staff.
• Schedule nursing staff appropriately.
• Ensure pre‑certifications and insurance reviews are completed by nursing staff.
• Occasional travel to the Linesville location will be required.
• Any duties as assigned dictated by the needs of the business.

Starting pay for LPN is $30 /hour, for RN $35 /hour.

• Sat‑Sun 7 pm–7 am every week.
• Alpine Springs operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Employees may be asked to work different shifts at different sites to cover hours.

• Valid PA LPN or RN licensure.
• Proficient computer skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred but will train).
• Flexibility (facility is open 24/7).

• Good organization and leadership skills.
