** Two positions available:
One is 32 hours/week and one is 40 hours/week

• Provides care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care.
• Meets the communication needs of patient and family.
• Provides care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations.
• Maintains regulatory requirements, nursing and office policies, procedure sand standards.
• Communicates with provider and team members about patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology.

• Current Indiana RN license, LPN license or CMA certification
• Proficient in drawing blood for labs
• Good customer service in daily operations of a busy medical clinic.
• Clinic office experience preferred.
• Experience with EHR preferred.
• Team player in a fast paced office setting with excellent customer service skills, excellent skills in patient assessment, and critical thinking.
• Flexibility and the ability to multi task is a must.
