- Implement and evaluate clinical research protocols in collaboration with physicians
- Assist with patient recruitment and registration for clinical trials
- Coordinate scheduling of laboratory assessments, admissions, and clinic visits for trial participants
- Monitor patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards throughout the research process
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding clinical trial protocols
- Licensed as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts or the State of New Hampshire
- Baccalaureate degree in nursing strongly preferred;
Associate degree holders must complete a BSN within 4 years - Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a registered nurse
- Knowledge of ambulatory and/or oncology nursing preferred
- AHA BLS certification required; AHA ACLS accepted as a minimum requirement
- Professional nursing certification (e.g., OCN, BMTCN, CPHON, AOCNP, CRNI, RN-BC)
- Previous experience in a clinical research setting
- Membership in local and national professional nursing organizations
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
