Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd - with weekends
Work Schedule:
3pm-11pm Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
As a member of the nursing team, the nurse will enrich lives through maintaining continuity of care by providing direct interaction with program residents and collaboration with the team. They will provide quality, recovery-focused, and holistic care to the individuals in the program. The Psychiatric Nurse ensures the physical health needs of those in the program are met, including assessing and evaluating health concerns, performing physical health assessments, charting, dispensing medication, and providing health education.
The nurse works closely with the program Psychiatrist.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited program required.
- Valid PA Registered Nurse (RN) license OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.
- 1 year of mental health paid or unpaid experience required.
- Knowledge and understanding of severe mental illness, recovery principles, and recovery-driven service system required.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- All Clearances required by OMHSAS regulations.
This role accepts a current PA Registered Nurse license OR Licensed Practical Nurse license.
Earn $42.15/hour (RN) or $29.73/hour (LPN) with the selection of the Enhanced Pay Option.
