We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Accela Rehab and Care in Springfield. $33.00/hr – $36.00/hr

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and document care accurately.
• Provide emotional support and build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• New graduates welcome; we will support your growth and development.
• Preferred:
  Experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care setting.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
