• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice; compact licenses transferred within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on); training provided after hire if needed
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
