Northern Dauphin Nursing and Rehabilitation is looking for compassionate and skilled RNs to manage medication administration and support resident care across all shifts. This role is essential to ensuring safe, accurate, and timely delivery of medications while collaborating with our nursing and care teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, distribute, and document medications according to physician orders and facility protocols.

• Monitor residents for side effects, reactions, or changes in condition.

• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to support individualized care plans.

• Maintain accurate medication records and comply with all regulatory requirements.

• Promote a safe, caring, and resident-focused environment.

Shifts Available:

• Full-Time & Part-Time
  • Day (7a-3p), & Evening (3p-11p)

Compensation:

• Competitive pay based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.

• Experience in medication administration in long-term care preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
