Join our caring team as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Lutheran Community at Telford, a Grace Inspired Living community.

Position: RN Nurse (Every Other Weekend-Day shift, 7am-3pm)

Competitive Salary: $44.00/hour + Shift Differential + Upgraded Weekend Differential

• Start your shift by receiving a comprehensive shift report to ensure seamless care continuity.
• Assume leadership by coordinating the care of residents with appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accountability by accurately counting narcotics with the off-going nurse.
• Adhere to facility, state, and federal regulations while administering scheduled medications. Perform scheduled treatments, wound assessments, and documentation as per facility policy.
• Document vital information on residents, including 7-day assessments for MDS documentation, alert charting, monthly summaries, and incidents/accidents.
• Participate in admission assessments, transfers, deaths, physician orders, and prepare for physician rounds.
• Your regular attendance is essential to our team’s success.
• Communicate resident or staff issues to appropriate personnel.
• Attend meetings and in-services as required.
• The 11 pm – 7 am nurse is responsible for neighborhood medication sheet re-caps.

• Education:
  
  Completion of a Registered Nurse program.
• Experience:
  
  One year of experience in a nursing environment.
• Preferred:
  Three years of experience in geriatric nursing.
• Professional Membership, Licensures,
  
  Certifications:
  
  Registered Nurse in the state of PA.
