LPN- Weekend

LPN - Every Other Weekend!

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for every other weekend shift at Grace Inspired Living. The position offers day, evening, or night shifts.

The Community at Rockhill is a residential care community for adults 65 and older in Sellersville, PA, offering a continuum of care including residential living, personal care, and health care.

• Competitive Compensation: Base rate of $33.00 per hour with shift differentials and an upgraded weekend differential.

• Report at start of shift with worksheet to receive shift report.
• Assume leadership by coordinating the care of residents with appropriate personnel.
• Count narcotics with off‑going nurse.
• Administer scheduled medications in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform scheduled treatments, wound assessments, and documentation as per facility policy.
• Document pertinent information on residents including 7‑day assessments for MDS documentation, alert charting, monthly summaries, incidents/accidents, and vital signs.
• Participate in admission assessments, transfers, deaths, physician orders, and prepare for physician rounds.
• Regular attendance is an essential function.
• Communicate resident or staff issues to appropriate personnel.
• Attend meetings and in‑services as required.

• Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing.
• Current PA LPN/LVN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
