LPN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Overview

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Lilly, PA and surrounding areas. Angels of Care has cared for the medically fragile community since 2000. We provide one-on-one medical care to patients and families in the home. We are hiring full-time and part-time LPNs for day, night, and weekend shifts.

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administration of prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordination of care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for the patient.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided)
