What You'll Do

* Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to pediatric patients.

* Administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and effectively.

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to develop individualized care plans.

* Monitor and document patient progress, promptly reporting changes to the RN or physician.

* Provide education and emotional support to families and caregivers.

* Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for every child in your care.

Requirements

* Active PA LPN License

* CPR Certification (can be obtained during orientation)

* Clear criminal background check

Preferred:

* Pediatric nursing experience (not required - we'll train you!)
