KTE Services is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for an outstanding independent contractor opportunity in the Greenville, Pennsylvania area. Position Highlights- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 40 guaranteed hours per week (averaging 8-hour days)
- Compensation: Negotiable based on experience

- Specialty Focus: Primarily orthopedic procedures with some ophthalmologic cases
- No Weekends or On-Call Requirements
As a CRNA with this progressive facility, you'll deliver high-quality anesthesia care in a focused, collaborative environment specializing in orthopedic and eye surgeries. This specialized caseload allows you to develop deep expertise while maintaining predictable scheduling and exceptional work-life balance. The consistent Monday-through-Thursday schedule provides three-day weekends every week, and with six weeks of annual time off, you'll have ample opportunity for rest, travel, and personal pursuits.
Key Responsibilities- Administer anesthesia and provide comprehensive perioperative care for surgical patients
- Perform thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patients vigilantly throughout procedures to ensure safety and optimal outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and safety
- Required: Current CRNA certification and valid Pennsylvania nursing license
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a practicing CRNA; orthopedic experience strongly preferred
- Skills: Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication abilities, and collaborative mindset
- Commitment: Dedication to patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous professional development
- Status: Eligible to work as an independent contractor (1099)
