Position
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – Medical ICU
ShiftPrimarily Night shift 7p–7a with weekend and holiday rotation. Includes periodic day shift coverage and a rotating schedule.
Experience- Minimum 2 years as NP or PA in critical care or related area.
- 1 year critical care experience preferred; clinical rotation required.
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- MSN or Master of Science required.
- Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or by the Pennsylvania State Board of Medical Education and Licensure.
- Certification by the NCCPA or Nurse Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP).
- Provider B (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) required.
- ACLS certification required.
- May require PALS (pediatric advanced life support).
- Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.

Regular.
Schedule:
Part‑time. Shift: Night Job.
Sign on bonus: $10,000. $7/night shift differential. Tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 per year based on full or part‑time status.
Pay Range: $ – $. Job Grade: 415.
Use your advanced nursing degree to enhance quality patient care; amplify communication between the physician, family members, and the health care team. As an APP you will perform acts of medical diagnosis or prescription of medical therapeutic or corrective measures in collaboration with attending physicians and residents, leading quality and evidence‑based care initiatives to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
