We are seeking a dedicated LPN to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 19-year-old male child in the Perryopolis area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a kind and appreciative family.

• Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Every Other Saturday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 8>

• Perform G-tube care and feedings
• Aspiration precautions
• Assist client with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating per individualized care plans
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors

• Current RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Pediatric & G-tube experience
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
• Ability to chart electronically (Statewise) and complete documentation accurately
