Full Time RN Clinical Supervisor Job Description

The RN Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, compassion, direction, and support to the nursing staff in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nursing theory and practice, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities of the RN Clinical Supervisor include:

• Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
• Providing direct supervision to nursing staff
• Evaluating the performance of nursing staff
• Resolving conflicts between nursing staff and patients or families
• Coordinating nursing care with other healthcare professionals
• Providing education and training to nursing staff
• Advocate for the needs of patients and nursing staff

Qualifications for the RN Clinical Supervisor position include:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Registered nurse license in the state of practice
• Two years of experience as a registered nurse
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
